I am who God says I am

The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way. (Psalms 37:23 KJV) Stepping out of your comfort zone is never easy. Doing so challenges us to see ourselves in a different light. It encourages us to be confident in whom we are called to be rather than rely on who we see ourselves as. I've heard a phrase before that irritates me now - "I am who they say I am". I now don't believe in being who "they" say I am so I now say - "I am who He says I am". He - God, the Father, Jesus, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, the Comforter. I am according to His Word, His purpose, His Will. I am as He created me to be. Death and Life is in the power of the tongue so I let no others have the authority to speak into my life or over my life that which I don't say that I am. I am a child of God. I am an instrument of His design made for His usage. I am more than a conqueror. I am all that and a bag of chips. Not because I think it, but because He made me so. He made me strong and powerful. He made me confident and intelligent. He gives me wisdom and knowledge. His love for me empowers and enables me to do His works on the earth. Who do you say that you are? What does your tongue speak about you?
